RepostClip stores job metadata in MongoDB, including filename, processing status, preset selections, and timestamps. This data supports the processing pipeline and optional job history.
If you create an account, we store your email address and a user identifier so you can sign in and view your last 30 completed runs. We do not sell personal data.
Video files upload to Cloudflare R2 via presigned URLs or, in local development, to ephemeral server storage. Files auto-delete after two hours.
RepostClip does not use user media to train machine learning models or build derivative datasets.
FFmpeg processing uses temporary scratch disk on the server. Scratch files are removed when each job completes. We do not retain raw uploads or outputs beyond the published retention window.
We rely on the following categories of providers:
Sign-in is handled by RepostClip's own account system (email, password hash, JWT tokens). Each provider maintains its own privacy policy.
You may delete your account from the signed-in experience to remove associated job history metadata. Because video files are purged automatically within two hours, deletion applies to account and metadata records rather than media blobs. We do not publish a public support email on this site.
