Terms of Service

RepostClip provides video container optimization for creators who distribute content they own or have licensed across multiple platforms. The service processes files temporarily and deletes them within two hours.

You warrant that you own or hold sufficient rights to all content you upload. You must not use RepostClip to process third-party copyrighted material without authorization.

RepostClip does not grant rights to music, footage, or media owned by others, and does not bypass platform copyright or Content ID systems.

You must not use the service for:

• Illegal activity or harassment
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized republication
• Circumvention of digital rights management systems
• Stripping watermarks from third-party social downloads
• Automated abuse, scraping, or attempts to overload the service

RepostClip reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

Uploaded and processed files are stored for a maximum of two hours, then automatically deleted from storage systems. RepostClip does not maintain long-term archives of user media.

RepostClip is provided as-is. We do not guarantee platform-specific outcomes for content distribution, reach, monetization, or duplicate-content decisions on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other networks.

You are solely responsible for compliance with each platform's terms, music licensing, and disclosure requirements.
